Samsung’s Unpacked event wasn’t all about phones with monstrous cameras and tear-jerking price tags. The company also gave us the Galaxy S22, a small phone that surpasses its Ultra bro, thanks to a fresh design that looks devilishly clean.

When was the last time you saw a phone without a camera hump, by the way? And with a powder pink paintjob? Enough about the looks, because this is one seriously fast phone, thanks to a slightly faster custom version of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor ticking inside.

Up front is a 6.1-inch OLED screen that is hecka smooth, thanks to its 120Hz refresh rate. At the top is a 12-megapixel selfie camera that can record your cringe vlogs in 4K resolution and at 60fps frame rate. Go ahead, shoot one, and torture your eleven Instagram followers.

Turning over to the smooth glassy goodness at the back, you are greeted by a 50-megapixel main camera. There's also a 12-megapixel camera for ultrawide-angle capture, while the third 10-megapixel telephoto camera delivers 3x zoom range.

The battery is rather small at just 3,900mAh, but at least you get support for wireless charging, and even power sharing. The build is IP-68 rated, which means it can survive a few swimming sessions in a bucket of water before calling it quits on you.
